Resources to Borrow
We have a wide variety of resources to lend to parents and caregivers. Our toy lending library is based out of Perth Care for Kids in Mitchell. With a membership one can choose from a wide variety of toys, games, puzzles, riding toys, tunnels, etc. for children 0-12 years. For less than the cost of one toy, over 20 toys a year can be borrowed.
Each of our Early Years sites has books which can be borrowed free of charge for people in the community. Most of our books deal with parenting topics, but we also have some children's books, some parent education videos/DVDs, children's videos/DVDs, and kits of material on specific topics.

The Ellison Die Press Machine helps eliminate the endless hours of cutting with scissors. With one pull of the handle, you instantly have your shape cut. Our wide variety of die press shapes will assist you in enhancing each project you are creating. Parents, caregivers and teachers can use the die press machine for children’s crafts, file folder games, placemats, bulletin boards, school projects, bath toys and so much more. This machine is also a great resource for creative scrap bookers. The Ellison Die Press Machine is free for the public to use.
Each site has a die press machine and a selection of dies. Dies can be requested from other sites, and these are rotated a regular basis.
The die press machine works on construction paper, fun foam, sandpaper, fabric, magnets, and more. You will need to bring your own craft materials. At Perth Care for Kids they have some materials for purchase.
