From Hwy 8: traveling north from Stratford, turn right at Wellington Street, the first stoplight after entering the city.  This road will end at Frances Street.  The driveway for Perth Care for Kids is across the street, immediately to the right.

From Hwy 23: traveling south from Listowel, turn left onto Frances Street, the first left hand turn after entering the city.  Perth Care For Kids is approximately 0.56 km (0.34 mi) on the left hand side.
